Thanks for the update. Looking forward to seeing your space on the 13th.

Bryce, great summary. I'm looking forward to checking out your space.

The event you linked to (http://anyvite.com/events/home/zzilybyxnz) will be hosted at what'll be a mix of coworking, event and incubator space. Should be cool - I'm only tangentially involved (same with the 11 Price location), so I don't have a strong vested interest in any particular coworking spot.

If anyone in the group would like to check the space out or otherwise join us for drinks on Friday, send me an email (yury@tryfresh.com) and I'll add you to the list.

Hey Yury — sorry I couldn't make it over tonight. Ended up staying in and wrestling with the toddler to wear him out... Will catch up with you in January for sure!

    Thanks for the update Bryce!

You're exactly right about #ce08 there was a lot of interest in the idea; and thanks to yours and Andy's hard work, I had a pretty decent idea of what was going on already. Columbus turned out to be too good to me to leave for any extended amount of time.

I'm a Brooklynite (as in Brooklyn, NY) looking to start a co-working space in my neighborhood and was wondering how you got it started--anyone, anyone--and what have you learned as far as what works and what does not (how to stanch too much "co" and not enough "work"), how to keep monthly fees down, how did you finance it in the beginning... advice? coments?
